Make sure that you let the zombies pass before planting your Sunflowers (the bottom red square tile is safe though). Start by planting 3 Sunflowers on the Red Squares and 1 Snapdragon on the center lane of the 2nd column to defend. Ok, this is a little tricky, follow and do this quick. Modern Day - Day 10 - | Primal Sunflower | Snapdragon | Snapdragon | After the formation, also spam Moonflowers to stall zombies. Grave Buster: Spam from the start to remove tomb stones. They have long cool-downs, so use wisely. Thine Warp: Use only if zombies are able to eliminate one of your 2nd or 3rd column plants. PF: Use on Nightshades to defeat tough zombies. Start with 3 Moonflowers then continue and complete the formation. Modern Day - Day 9 (Survive with the Given Plants!) - | Nightshade | Moonflower | Nightshade | Nightshade | PF: Plants will automatically use their special when you match 4 or more. Any upgrades will do, but personally, I would go for Cold Snapdragons then Melon-pult. Try to focus on the right most area first to keep your front lines alive. Intensive Carrot: Alternative plant for Puff-shrooms, great for reviving more Chili Beans. PF: Use it on your Cherry Bomb's seed packet defeat those big octopus zombies. Stallia and Puff-shrooms: Spam these plants also from the start, great for keeping those octopus zombies from hitting your other plants. For the first octopus zombie, quickly earn Sun and use a Cherry Bomb on him. After placing 2 or 3 Moonflowers, start spamming Primal Potato Mine, Potato Mine and Chili Bean from the 2nd column onwards. Modern Day - Day 7 - | Moonflower | Spam Single Use Plants ~ Spikeweed: Plant this on top of those Golden Tiles to gather more Sun overtime. PF: Use it on your Cherry Bomb's seed packet to destroy all wizards and some tents placed on the "Golden Tiles". Start with 3 or 4 Moonflowers then start spamming Primal Potato Mine, Potato Mine and Chili Bean from the 2nd or 3rd column onwards. Modern Day - Day 6 (Produce at least 5000 Sun!) - | Moonflower | Moonflower | Spam Single Use Plants ~ As usual, spam Primal Potato Mine, Potato Mine and Chili Bean from the 3rd column onwards. If the Gargantuar becomes a threat, just use your mower against him. Start with 2 or 3 Moonflowers then start eliminating zombies using your Nightshades, continue and complete formation. Modern Day - Day 5 - | Moonflower | Nightshade | Spam Single Use Plants ~ Tap and hold 1 of your mowers to easily defeat the Gargantuar here. PF: Use on Cherry Bomb's seed packet to defeat multiple "skating girl" or "robot-like"zombies. Primal Potato Mines are best placed on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th rows. Make sure that you have at least 1 Potato and 1 Chili Bean per row. While completing your Sun-shrooms, use 1 Cherry Bomb to defeat those 3 little zombies on the top row during early battle, then spam Primal Potato Mine, Potato Mine and Chili Bean from the 2nd column onwards. Modern Day - Day 4 - | Sun-shroom | Spam Single Use Plants ~ For best results, combo with Shrinking Violet first. PF: Use on Lightning Reed vs tough zombies and Gargantuars. Modern Day - Day 3 (Mini Game!) - | Lightning Reed | Snapdragon | Endurian | Lightning Reed | Intensive Carrot: To revive Chili Beans back to life, great when you have lots of Sun. Iceberg Lettuce: For stalling, and to disable those zombies that carries a "torch". Cherry Bomb: to defeat those big octopus zombies, or hordes of zombies. Reserve some for your Cherry Bomb's seed packet, just in case you need. PF: Use your PFs to instantly grow your Primal Potato Mines, useful for eliminating zombie hordes near your mowers or plants. After placing 2 Moonflowers, start spamming Primal Potato Mine, Potato Mine and Chili Bean from the 2nd column onwards. Modern Day - Day 2 - | Moonflower | Spam Single Use Plants ~ E.M.Peach: To stall machine based zombies, especially near the end of battle. Blover: If you see any flying bird, hit them with this. Cherry Bomb: to defeat tough armored zombies. Just spam Primal Potato Mine, Potato Mine and Chili Bean on the 1st column onwards.
